Welcome to our volunteering page!
‘I’ve been volunteering at Windsor Park events for many years. It’s a welcoming and friendly club where my help is always appreciated. It’s a lot of fun to be a part of the action on event days and volunteers are supported and well looked after with refreshments and lunch! Whether you’re new to carriage driving or experienced, I’d thoroughly recommend getting involved with volunteering at Windsor Park’ – Current Driving Volunteer 2025

About Us
We are proud and fortunate to have a community of friendly and enthusiastic volunteers, without whose valuable support we would not be able to run our events.
Situated in the Deer Park, among the 5,000 acres of the Windsor Great Park which in turn is part of the 14,000 acre Windsor Estate spanning two counties, Surrey and Berkshire, the Club hosts a number of driving and ridden dressage events between April and September.
We are on the lookout for new volunteers to join us, whether you can spare an hour or two, or join us for event days.
If you enjoy spending time around horses, meeting new people, learning new skills, getting experience or just spending time in the beautiful surroundings of the park, we have a number of diverse volunteering roles available. Many of the roles are flexible, allowing you to volunteer on days that suit you, whether during the week, on weekends, from your home or in the park.
No previous experience with horses or carriage driving is required, just a love for the outdoors and a passion to support a local friendly competition club. Guidance, support and training will be provided by our friendly experienced volunteers and officials (as will lunches and refreshments!).
2025 weekend event dates and event day volunteering roles are listed below! You can commit to as many or as few days as you like, and there’s no obligation to help out at all the events during the season.
To find out more or register your interest in volunteering, please explore our website, see our socials (links at the bottom of the page) or email us at wpecvolunteers@outlook.com. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
